Phone not working? - Try these simple steps...

  1. Turn the handset off, remove the battery for a few seconds, then re-insert & turn back on.
  2. If the device has a non removable battery then press and hold the power key for 10-20 seconds.
  3. Check if your memory is full, delete old SMS messages from both sent and received.
  4. Restore default settings. Get your product manual from the downloads page.
  5. Check if there is a software update. Click on your model on the downloads page.
  6. Check the Frequently Asked Questions for common issues.

Returns Process

Returns process For warranty and non warranty claims, products can be :
1. Returned directly to the place of purchase. The store will process your warranty claim.
