returns process Email us at support@zte.com.au for specific enquiries. Please include your device model number, IMEI number (press *#06#), full name and contact details.

returns process ZTE products can be returned directly to your place of purchase or any Telstra store.  The dealer will process your request under the standard Telstra State Repair Centre procedure.

For account enquiries please ring Telstra on 125 111. This includes Next G SIM enquiries, billing, account details, services such as web browsing, email, data packs, PIN number enquiries, and PIN Unlocking Key (PUK) codes.
