M01 Install adds the Telstra One Experience & MAC OS 64 support

How to download the Install Pack

1. CLICK on the Install Pack link above
2. When the Download window appears asking "Do you want to open or save file?", CLICK save
3. Choose a location to save the WinZip file.
4. Once downloaded, DOUBLE-CLICK the file and extract the contents.
   Note the update will not run from the zip file
5. OPEN the extracted folder and DOUBLE-CLICK Autorun to start the installation process.
6. If you have a previous version installed please UNINSTALL first.
7. DO NOT have your device inserted during the software install

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. This device is "Network Locked" please contact your Service Provider to unlock your device
2. It has been reported that some customers are unable to use their modem after a Windows Automatic Update. To resolve please uninstall the client, then download and re-install.
3. The PC Software supports Windows 7, Vista, XP (SP2 & SP3) and 2000 (SP4)
4. MAC OS 10.5.11 and above is supported
